All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Wearevelin.com retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will send an order confirmation to you by email. Customer placed orders will remain unaffected if product prices are subject to change without notice.

All orders placed on www.wearevelin.com.must be paid by a credit/debit card acceptable to us.

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed and payment has been received in full. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

6.    Transportation

Unless otherwise provided, Our Company shall use its judgment in determining postage, express courier and routing. In either case, Our Company shall not be liable for any delays or excessive transportation charges resulting from its
selection.

7.     Returns Policy

Unused items may be returned in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt.  A refund of your order will be given however shipping and handling for the delivery and pick up will not be refunded. The product/s returned or exchanged must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Return items with any sign of being worn are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded. For more detailed information please visit our Returns Policy section.

Our Company shall not be responsible, obligated, or liable for any injury or damage resulting from an application or use of its products, either singularly or in combination with other products, arising out of acceptance of your order.

     15. SOCIAL NETWORK GIVEAWAY TERM AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility: The giveaway is open to anyone aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Families or individuals connected with the administration or operation of the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

Entry: To enter the giveaway, participants must follow the instructions provided in the giveaway post (e.g., like the post, follow our account, tag a friend, etc.). Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be deemed invalid.

Prize: The prize and its value will be specified in the giveaway post. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item. Wear Evelin reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of similar value if necessary. 

Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received before the specified deadline. The winner will be announced publicly on Wear Evelin’s instagram and will be contacted through direct message within 2 days of the giveaway’s end date.

Publicity: By entering the giveaway, the winner permits wear evelin to use their name, likeness, and any provided content for promotional purposes without any further compensation.
