RETURN POLICY


General rule


We hope you will be totally happy with your WEAR EVELIN product. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. A refund for the purchase will be given, however shipping and handling will not be refunded.
The merchandise returned or exchanged must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Return items with any sign of being worn are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.
Wearevelin.com reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.


Return process


To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] quoting your full name, email address, order number and the reason for the return. If we authorize the return, we will send you the return address. Please print a copy of the email with the authorization number and enclose it with your package in order for us to process your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. Returns are your responsibility as we do not offer a pre-paid returns service,
and so we recommend you send back items via Royal Mail Delivery. Please note: It’s the customer’s responsibility to cover any return postage cost for unwanted items. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Please note that banks can take up to 14 working days to process refunds.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

 

EXCHANGE POLICY (ONLY FOR FAULTY ITEMS)

We regret that we do not offer exchanges. We only exchange items if they are faulty (see faulty/wrong items sent policy below). In all other cases, exchanges follow the same guidelines as returns (please refer to the return policy for return instructions and guidelines).


FAULTY/WRONG ITEMS SENT POLICY

All our items undergo a strict quality check process. In the event that you receive a manufacture defected item, we will indeed replace it for you. If the item you received is faulty or we sent the wrong item, then please contact customer services via the Contact Us page or by emailing us at [email protected] quoting your full name, email address, order number and a description of the issue with photographs. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. You will have 7 days from receipt to return the item.
Once received, the returned item will be inspected by our team and if deemed faulty/incorrect then a replacement will be sent. On this occasion we will cover all postage fees.
