SHIPPING AND BACKORDERS

SHIPPING METHODS:


UK SHIPPING

Wear Evelin currently ships by UK Standard Delivery.

Royal Mail UK Standard delivery is charged at:

– £1.99 FOR SMALL/LIGHT ITEMS

– £4.99 GBP FOR LARGER/HEAVIER ITEMS

AND IT IS FREE FOR ORDERS OVER 50 GBP.

The estimated delivery time will be between 3-5 working days, depending on the delivery address.

All orders are shipped from the UK. Orders are processed Monday to Friday and no order will be processed on weekends, Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. 

If you place the order before 4pm on a working day we will dispatch it on the same day, if after 4pm we will dispatch it the following working day.

In the event you need to have your item faster, we can arrange a next day/Saturday delivery. Please contact us at [email protected] so we can quote you accordingly. 

PLEASE NOTE: 

During sale periods or bank holidays deliveries may take longer.

Our UK standard delivery service cannot be tracked and we are unable to deliver to any PO Box addresses. 

After placing your order, please allow up to 5 working days for us to prepare, quality check, dispatch, ship and deliver your order. Delivery times varies depending on the type of products purchased and your address. All delivery times are an estimate and cannot be 100% guaranteed.

We can only currently ship to the United Kingdom. Please contact us if you wish to place an international order. We will be happy to give you a bespoke shipping quote.

Sometimes unforeseen circumstances can cause short delays in the delivery of your order. If you’ve not received your delivery within 10 working days, please email us at [email protected] with your name and order number and we will be happy to assist you further.  

 ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE AT CLIENTS OWN COST.


WORLDWIDE SHIPPING:

WEAR EVELIN offers shipping worldwide at a flat rate of £10 via Royal Mail International Tracked delivery service

AND IT IS FREE FOR ORDERS OVER £100.


We will aim to deliver to:

Western Europe within five working days.

Eastern Europe within five to ten working days.

Rest of the World within six to ten working days.


We aim to deliver all international deliveries within the stated times, however, sometimes during busy periods and public holidays, deliveries may take longer. If you’ve not received your delivery within 15 working days, please contact our customer services team at [email protected] with your name and order number – the team will be in touch within 2 days.


PLEASE NOTE: All orders are shipped from the UK. Customers will be responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes. Charges may vary based on the contents of the order. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for further information on current import regulations.


Customs & Import Duties


Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, your item(s) may be subject to import charges. The person receiving the order is responsible for paying these extra charges. Due to the ever changing world of customs and duties, we’re unable to provide accurate information on this.

If an order is held at customs and we’re unable to contact the recipient within 10 working days, this order will be cancelled. In the event that the recipient refuses to pay the import duty, the order will also be cancelled. In both of these circumstances, wear evelin  will incur a return or destroy fee and as such we’ll not be able to refund any of these orders.

Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay custom and import charges. Wearevelin.com.com has no control over these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so we cannot give an exact figure of the fee you will incur. We advise you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.



BACKORDERS

 

In the event that the item you chose has sold out, we will email you immediately and put your order on a back-order queue as wearevelin.com will allow its customers to make back-orders. Back-ordering an item means we will guarantee to set aside items in our warehouse for you and we will guarantee to ship them as soon as they come back in stock.  We expect to fulfill and deliver back-order items within 8 weeks in the order they were received and as soon as the order is shipped we will inform you. If further delays occur we will always give the customer the option to wait further or cancel the order and a full refund will be issued. Back-ordering will ensure that the customer will definitely get the ordered item, just a little bit later than normal.
